Oceanview Motel Project – Tour Video
It’s been two weeks since we announced that the Oceanview Motel has been saved. Here at the Wildwood Video Archive, we are still smiling from ear to ear.
Located at 7201 Ocean Ave in Wildwood Crest, the building was purchased by Madison Resorts who will be putting the building through a 12 million renovation.
This renovation will be broken down into two phases. While the phases aren’t fully laid out yet, the end project will see a 5th floor added with suites, a restaurant, renovated rooms, a modern café, a lounge area, firepits, an infinity pool, cabanas, and a wedding venue.
Phase one of the project will be done by Memorial Day 2023 and open to the public. Phase two will be finished by Memorial Day Weekend 2024.
One day after Labor Day, construction crews were already on the scene ready to get working.
