Philadelphia Eagles’ Jordan Mailata Was On The Masked Singer

Philadelphia Eagles’ Jordan Mailata Was On The Masked Singer

If you watched the Masked Singer on FOX last night you may have seen someone familiar.

For those who don’t know the show, Masked Singer first started airing in 2019 and is in it’s 7th season.

The idea behind the show is that a masked celebrity sings in front of a live studio audience. In between their performances they give us clues in the form of a clue package.

These clues could be something as small as they have 2 children to very specific ones such as their Birthday.

The Masked Singer Season 7 premiered on March 9th with the charter Thingamabob being one of the front runners.

The clues to the Thingamabob were; Hotel California, Bulldog, tackle box, bell, and a  Bald Eagle.

In the end, the person under the Thingamabob mask was Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle, Jordan Mailata.

These clues matched up to him as Hotel California was an Eagles song (the band, Bulldog, he played for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, Tacklebox (he’s a tackle) Bell for the liberty bell, and bald Eagle for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Mailata has been known to sing in practices from time to time. (a quick google search can bring up some good videos)

While he was eliminated we still believe that he could have gone all the way.

Editor notes: It’s always fun when my two worlds collide. My other YouTube channel, Joey Contino, deals with everything Hollywood Headlines. Most notably I do videos about the Masked Singer. We were able to reveal Mailata the day he first performed on the show. IF you like that show be sure to follow us on that YouTube Channel.

Below is the reveal video for the Thingamabob aka Jordan Mailata.
