The Ravioli House Starts Construction On Outside Seating

With the ever changing world we live in due to the Corona Virus, businesses are trying to adapt. Here in Wildwood, our mayors are trying to pass a new rule that will allow restaurants to make use of their parking lots and turn them into al fresco dining spots.

The Ravioli House, located at 102 E Bennett Ave in Wildwood, is taking it a step further. They are converting an empty lot next to their restaurant into a full outside dinning area.

The Ravioli House, which is celebrating their 50th year here in the Wildwoods, owns the lot next store and plans to move 50% of their inside capacity to their outdoor location.

The 50% indoor capacity rule is being considered as a step in allowing businesses to open in the state of New Jersey. With the new lot next to their restaurant they will be able to open their business at 100% capacity (50% inside and 50% outside) and make a safe environment for their costumers.

Some boardwalk restaurants will be allowed to use their parking lots to help bring their capacity up.

Their opening day for the season is this Friday from 3pm-8pm. Reminder that it’s only takeout & delivery for now.

Tune back in for more details.
