Utterly Ice Cream Parlor Coming to the Wildwoods
We may be five months away from the summer sun, but many businesses down here in the Wildwoods are gearing up for their 2023 season.
When visitors come to Downtown Wildwood this summer, they will be met with new businesses across from Byrne Plaza.
Late last year we announced that Guppi was moving next to Yellow Umbrella and that Panini Cafe was taking over the Island Grill. There is yet another business moving in that same shopping center, Utterly Ice Cream Parlor.
Utterly Ice Cream Parlor will be located at 3411 Pacific Avenue, just next to Hooked on Books.

This location used to be home to the Five Mile Grind, which doesn’t seem to be returning in 2023. Prior to it being the Five Mile Grind that location was the Wild Scoop.
Utterly Ice Cream Parlor may be a new name but they are not new to the Wildwoods. They are the same owners of Clipper Dipper located at 6101 Atlantic Ave. This was under the Yankee Clipper, which made their name really stick out!
They will now be moving that location to 3411 under the Utterly name (love that name).
The announcement came via their Facebook page which said;
“Our beloved ice cream parlor is moving to a new location! With the move, we are renaming it as well! Don’t worry! Same old great ice cream and sundaes but adding a cereal bar and coffee to the menu!…Thank you to all our amazing customers that we met over the last two summers and we hope to see you at our new location!”
They were the first ice cream parlor on the island to introduce the Swirlsation station. This was a custom ice cream infused with cereal.
The Wildwood Video Archive tried it for the first time last summer and it is amazing. With dozens of combinations, you can change your order every day.
It’s done by picking a cone, ice cream flavor, cereal, topping, and drizzle. It is truly an experience!
There isn’t an opening date yet but be sure to follow their new Instagram @utterlyww
