Independence day falls on Monday this weekend, which means that you will have a three-day weekend.

Sports Card, Toys, Comics & Collectibles Show – July 1st-3rd
The Sports Cards, Toys, Comics & Collectibles Show held July 1 – 3, 2022 will feature collectibles, memorabilia and guest star appearances. Over 150 tables of the hottest collectibles on the planet! Sports cards, old & new, toys, comic books, Starting Line-ups, McFarlane figures, non-sports cards, Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic, Beanie Babies, videos, wax boxes, supplies, autographed memorabilia, sets, posters, coins, t-shirts, legos, dolls & much more! Fri: 3-9 p.m., Sat: 10 a.m.-9 p.m., Sun: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. FREE admission!
Downtown Wildwood Fun Fridays – Love Affair Band – July 1st
Start your weekend at Byrne Plaza in Downtown Wildwood at five Fun Fridays this summer! 3400 Pacific Avenue. There will be a live band, food and drink vendors, lawn games and more! Bring your chair and enjoy the FREE entertainment outdoors in Downtown Wildwood! This Friday’s entertainment is Love Affair Band plus a good old fashion July 4th weekend picnic! To keep the party going visit one of our great Downtown Wildwood restaurants and bars afterwards.
Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market – July 2nd
THE place to be every Saturday morning from Memorial Day to Labor Day Weekend! Each week you will find over 60 vendors selling farm goods, baked goods, jewelry, crafts, specialty foods, wine, beer, spirits and much more! Spread across both sides of Pacific Avenue in Byrne Plaza & Beyond, on Pacific Avenue from Oak Avenue (3400 Pacific Ave) to Schellenger Avenue (3501 Pacific Ave), it’s like a treasure hunt where you will find something for everyone and discover new offerings each week!
Concerts Under the Stars Series – Greaseband – July 2nd
FREE live entertainment at the Lou Booth Amphitheatre, 2nd & Ocean Avenues, in North Wildwood featuring “Greaseband” at 7:30 p.m. July 2, 2022.
Wildwood Crest Summer Music Series – Roundhouse Band – July 2nd
Centennial Park, Fern Road and Ocean Avenue, Wildwood Crest. 7:30 p.m. FREE live music for the entire family featuring various artists. Bring a blanket or beach chair. July 2, 2022 musical act is Roundhouse Band (dance/party hits).
Sunrise on Sunday Veteran Flag Service (On July 3rd)
A ceremony will take place at sunrise on Sunday, July 3rd to raise the casket flag of a Veteran to honor and remember ALL Veterans, held at the Lou Booth Amphitheater at 2nd and Ocean Avenues in North Wildwood at 5:30 a.m. Arrive 10 minutes before sunrise to participate in a 20-minute tribute and inspirational message at the most beautiful vista on the Jersey Shore. Fox Park Amphitheater Concert Series – Frontiers – July 3rd
Fox Park, Burk & Ocean Avenues in Wildwood. FREE! 7 p.m. Entertainment for July 3, 2022 is “Frontiers” (Journey Tribute Band). Bring a blanket or a beach chair.
Independence Day Parade – Patriotic Pooch Parade
The Wildwoods Independence Day Parade and the Patriotic Pooch Parade will take place in North Wildwood starting at 9 a.m. at 9th and Atlantic Avenues. (Registration takes place from 8:15 am – 8:45 am) at Bill Henfey Park.
It will proceed north to 1stand Surf Avenues. There will be awards for best decorated bikes wagons, strollers, scooters and low speed vehicles in red, white and blue theme.
Dogs of all shapes and sizes will parade along the streets dressed in patriotic garb alongside the decorated bicycles. Prizes will be awarded for the best bikes decorated with a red, white, and blue theme, along with prizes for the best-dressed pooches. To register, call 609-522-2955.
Wildwood Crest Summer Music Series – Special 4th of July Show
Centennial Park, Fern Road, and Ocean Avenue, Wildwood Crest. 7:30 p.m. FREE live music for the entire family featuring “Don’t Call Me Francis” (dance/party hits).
Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular – Monday July 4th
Enjoy a spectacular nighttime display of fireworks exploding to a musical score that is played all along the Boardwalk and is simulcast on 98.7 The Coast. Launched from Pine Avenue & the Beach the fireworks are visible from anywhere on the Boardwalk.
