For summer 2018, our Wildwood Boardwalk will be getting some renovations done to it. As you all know, the boardwalk is filled with thousands of pieces of wood but what you may not know is that, that wood is being held up by concrete.
After many summers supporting not only our busy crowds but also our tram cars, its about time our Wildwood Boardwalk gets some love.
The new renovations will work on not only replacing the wood but also the concrete. This won’t be an easy task. Due to the high estimates (about $800,000 to one million per block), the Wildwood Boardwalk renovations will be done in phases so that it’s easier on the tax payers.
