Commander By The Sea Motel SOLD
According to the Cape May Country property transfers file we found out that Pink Champagne Motel located at 4910 Atlantic Ave in Wildwood was sold from “the Gibbons Marion T Exr” to “Pink Champagne Motel 2 LLC.”
The MLS said that the Pink Champagne Motel sold for $816,879.
Now time for the good news. To answer the question that is on everyone’s mind. No, the Pink Champagne Motel is no going anywhere! Great news right!
