New For Wildwood – Byrne Plaza!

New For Wildwood – Byrne Plaza

Now that we are in 2017 we are starting to let you know some of the new things coming to Wildwood.

New For Wildwood - Byrne Plaza

This past weekend while in Wildwood we got the tip that there is a giant project taking place on Pacific Ave in Wildwood. Now we can finally fill you in! On the corner of Pacific and Oak Ave there is a vast land that has been empty but not any longer.

Coming summer 2017 a new park will be built named “Byrne Plaza.” The park will feature a concert shell for performances and plenty of space for events such as the Downtown Market. When we went the park was just starting on some construction work. The street was also closed so we took it upon ourselves to filmed the location. When the park is done we can do a compare video to give you a before and after. (Below the Video is The Press Release)

Here’s the video of the park as it is today

Here is the Press Release on this big announcement!
