Around 3:45 pm a 911 phone call was placed for a residence on Pine and Park Ave. (3200 Park Blvd)

We were the first on the scene before the fire department arrived. In the video, which you can see at the bottom of this page, you can see that the fire started at the base of the building.

Some believe that it had started from a grill since it came from the back bottom of the building.

North Wildwood Fire Department was the first one on the scene. Once there they escalated the alarm from a one-two a two-alarm fire.

A two-alarm fire is when its 40 firefighters and four members of command staff; double the trucks are requested.

Trucks from Wildwood, Rio Grande, Stone Harbor, and Avalon arrived on the scene afterward.
