Today it was announced that the iconic Beau Rivage Motel, nestled in the heart of Wildwood Crest at 9103 Atlantic Ave, is evolving into a residential condominium complex.

Over the past three decades, the family has meticulously maintained and improved the property, investing in room upgrades and installing heating and air conditioning systems.
In the past year, they introduced new glass railings and are planning further facade enhancements in the near future. these new facades will feature new doors and and windows you can open and close. (See the mock-up below)
