Nelly Is Coming to the Wildwood Boardwalk
The Q102 Beach Tour is coming back to the Wildwood boardwalk this summer, and they’re bringing Nelly with them.
You might remember last year when Q102 brought Flo Rida to Seaport Pier in North Wildwood. That show packed out fast and turned into one of the biggest nights of the summer. This year, they’re basically running it back… just swapping in Nelly as the headliner.

Nelly Is Coming to the Wildwood Boardwalk!!
This isn’t just any artist. Nelly is a 3-time Grammy winner and one of the best-selling artists of the 2000s. He helped blur the lines between hip-hop, pop, and even country, and built a catalog that still holds up today.
The concert is set for Thursday, July 30th at Seaport Pier, right on the boardwalk.
This is one of those sets where you already know every song. We’re talking “Country Grammar,” “Ride Wit Me,” “Hot in Herre,” “Dilemma,” “Just A Dream,” “Air Force Ones,” and “Grillz.”
Things kick off with a pre-party at 5 PM, so you can get there early, grab food, and hang out before everything gets going. The outdoor concert area opens at 6:30 PM, and from there it rolls straight into DJ sets, surprise appearances, and then Nelly taking the stage.

Q102’s Buster and Nico Oso will be hosting the night, and if it’s anything like last year, expect giveaways, guest DJs, and a few surprises mixed in.
A couple quick things if you’re planning to go. Parking around Seaport Pier is always limited, so getting there early or using Uber is your best bet. They’re also recommending dining early inside the venue, especially at the Dive Bar, because once the crowd fills in, it gets busy fast.
The event is all ages, but anyone under 21 needs to be with an adult. It’s also rain or shine, and Seaport Pier does have indoor and covered space, so weather isn’t going to shut this down.
Tickets go on sale TODAY Friday, May 1st at 5 PM, and VIP or early access tickets are expected to sell out pretty quickly.
If they do sell out, this will be the kind of show where even if you weren’t planning to go, you’ll probably end up hearing it from the boardwalk anyway. (We were in our backyard on Delaware Ave and heard FloRida quite well)
Bottom line, if you were at Flo Rida last year, you already know how big this is going to be. And if you missed it, this is your second shot.
