A Look Inside The Grand at Diamond Beach
The Grand at Diamond Beach is one of those places on the island that always seemed to stand out, quite literally.
For those who don’t know, The Grand at Diamond Beach is located at 9601 Atlantic Ave in Diamond Beach and is the tallest building on the island sitting high at 12 stories tall.
It was built in 2009 and currently features 125 units, ranging from 1,100-square-foot one-bedrooms to 3,000-square-foot three-bedrooms. When they were first built they included Italian marble in the bathrooms floors covered with Brazilian hardwood and New Zealand wool carpeting throughout.
Residents at The Grand at Diamond Beach have access to their own infinity pool. As of right now, it is the only one on the island but other resorts such as ICONA did have plans to have them. Sadly when the covid-19 pandemic came through it took away the plans to build it.
In 2009 their prices started at $682,000 and ran up to $5 million. These days though, many of the apartments in the building are up for rent. Their website at the moment showcases 18 different residences that can be rented year-round.
The Grand is one of those buildings that we all wish we could go inside to just look around. Today you are in luck!
Their website now lists many photos for these properties and today we are going to showcase Residence 411.
This is part of a series we have on this website that gives you views of extravagant houses on the island. If you want to check out the other ones click the links below.

If you own a historic house down here in the Wildwoods please reach out. We would love to cover it in this series.
Residence 411 is located on the 4th floor and is a custom design. From the wallpaper to the furniture, this residence was designed to have a fun personality and the photos show that.
Residence 411 is the Seawatch model and boasts a large balcony with expansive northeast ocean views. The interior of this home features all high-end furnishings, fixtures, finishes, and appliances.
The inside is vast and includes three bedrooms, two full baths/ one half, a laundry room, dining room, living room, walk-in closet, den, and a veranda. The listing says you can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, leaving some guests to have to sleep on the couch.
How much would a week’s stay cost you at The Grand? With every residence having different amenities, there is no fixed price. For a full week of January, Residence 411 would cost you a cool $4000 plus an additional $450.94 in ‘required’ fees bringing your grand total to $4,450.94.
What do you think? Is this somewhere you would stay? If you had seven other friends, each of you could $556 for the week. Is it worth it?
