There is some great news to report out of Wildwood! There has been another restaurant added to the many you can chose when you come down the Wildwoods for your vacation.
A NEW Restaurant Opened In Wildwood!
Please welcome Hatillo’s Drive-In-Restaurant to the island. Located at 4200 New Jersey Ave in Wildwood, this restaurant is the first Puerto Rican restaurant on the island.
A sample of their menu includes Jugos Del Pais, Pasteles, Tostones (twice-fried plantain slices) and more including Puerto Rican Coffee.
The owners pride themselves on only using the freshest ingredients and always prepared from scratch.
You might find that Hatillo’s food is familiar. For many years they have ran the Pokita’s DOG’S & Catering truck you would see at Food Truck events.
According to their Facebook page, their grand opening took place back on January 27th which included a ribbon cutting event with Wildwood Mayor, Pete Byron and Wildwood Commissioners Krista Fitzsimons and Steve Mikulski.
They are currently open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7am to 8pm daily and do deliveries.
One interesting fact, the name of the restaurant, “Hatillo” is the name of a town in Puerto Rico.
We wish them the best of luck and success!
