Another Motel Sold In North Wildwood
We can’t believe how crazy this off-season has been for our Wildwoods motels. Between the Singapore and the Ocean View (Click Here For That Article) that was recently listed for 24+ Million, The Beach Hugger (Click Here For That Article) that sold for 1.5 Million to the Gold Crest Motel went up for sale (Click Here For That Article), it has been a busy month.
The big news in that according to the public records provided by Cape May County Herald, The Surf 16 located at 1600 Surf Ave has been sold for $886,000. The post does not list who it was sold to but it changed hands from “Surf 16 LLC” to “1600 Surf LLC.”
