We have been getting countless amount of questions these past few weeks asking us if the Wildwood Boardwalk is open for the 2021 summer season.
If we didn’t just go through a worldwide pandemic many people would think that this is such a strange question. After what we just went through it is a really good question.
Looking at what the rest of the world is going through at the moment, to be open is such as big deal.
The UK just announced that they’re extending their covid-19 restrictions for another month while India is going through some of the worst parts of the pandemic.
It really puts into perspective how fortunate we are here in the United States to be able to have a working vaccine.
Now let’s get into detail on answering that question, “Is The Wildwood Boardwalk Open?”
Not only is the Wildwood Boardwalk open some would say it’s even better than before! The Wildwood Boardwalk had an extensive boom NEW restaurants and shops opening on the boardwalk.

Due to many worldwide vacation destinations being shut down, many people are coming back to the Wildwoods for their family vacations. This influx has opened up amazing opportunities for other businesses off the boardwalk as well.

At this point in time, on June 17th, there aren’t many covid-19 restrictions in the state of New Jersey. Masks are only required for those who haven’t been vaccinated yet.
These new rules allow some of the favorite things to return such as live concerts, night clubs and full capacity restaurants (last summer we really only had the option to eat outdoor).
This summer will be the best summer ever in the Wildwoods.
