The Cape May County Zoo will finally re-open on Saturday June 13th at 10:00am

During New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy’s press conference on Tuesday, he announced that outdoor recreational activities, such as zoos can resume.

There are a few rules that you need to follow in order to enter the zoo. Everyone over the age of 2 years old to wear a face covering. When visiting you need to maintain social distancing rules (currently it’s 6 feet from anyone not in your household). As a safety precaution, the zoo will be limiting admissions to maintain a light manageable crowd every day.

Not everything will be open during these beginning weeks. Sadly the the Reptile House and Aviary will remain closed at this time. Over time as things get safer these will reopen.
