It’s been a while since we heard of a motel in the Wildwoods going up for sale. Today sadly we learned that the Chateau Blue Motel, located at 911 Surf Ave in North Wildwood was put up for sale.

Currently the listed price for this motel is $1,700,000.
The good news is that they have their 2020 rates on their website that tells us regardless if this motel sells this year it will be open this summer!
