Colleens by the Sea SOLD

Even though this week was Christmas we still kept an eye out for properties sold.

For some time now we knew that the restaurant, Colleens by the Sea, which is located at 222 E Schellenger Ave in Wildwood was up for sale. For those who don’t know Colleens by the Sea didn’t open last year and sat empty for the entire summer season.

Today we learned that the lot it sat on and the building next to it have both been sold for $550,000 to Wall St Holdings 1 Inc.

Colleens by the Sea had barely been around since it opened on Thursday, July 14, 2016. Before it was Colleens this location was Neil’s Steak House.
