It’s been a week of great news down here in the Wildwoods.
For this video update we head all the way the bottom of the Wildwoods to Diamond Beach! Diamond Beach is Technically a part of Lower Township and not the Wildwoods but it does ‘live’ on our island so let’s just call it an extension of Wildwood Crest.
One of the resorts that sit in Diamond Beach in Icona. For those who don’t know ICONA Diamond Beach, it is a beach resort that has one of the only pirate beaches on the island.
The property features a massive beach ball and a five story tower with luxury rooms. We found out today that this property is only going to get more luxurious.
According to new blue prints (featured in the video) we obtained, Icona Diamond beach is having a massive renovation.
They will be renovating the resort with a 12,000 square foot addition of 20 rooms complete with galley kitchens and private ocean view balconies. It will also include an 18,000 square foot sundeck with a new infinity edge heated outdoor pool overlooking the ocean.
The other half of the sundeck will include an open tent space for year-round events. All of this will sit above a deck-covered on-site parking.
