Mega Mansion In Cape May County! – Drone Tour
A few weeks ago I was biking off-island when I ran into a massive construction project taking place.
This project, which I thought was going to be a vineyard due to its size, wound up being a mega-mansion. This property, from the street, showed its own pond, pool house, beautiful details on the building, and more.
I put a video on Instagram asking if you guys would like to see a drone video of this project. Out of the roughly about 2,000 people who responded, 90% said yes.
Before we dive into the video, I am choosing to withhold where this building is located as I don’t want people to flock here. At the time of filming this building was empty with construction crews still working on the building. Since this video was filmed folks have moved into it.
Wanting to know more about this building, I was reaching the architect and found out this is a clone.
There is another identical mega-mansion located on Frick Drive in Alpine. This one was built in 2009 and has a 27,546 sqft interior livable area. In total it has 12 bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, a movie theatre, a fitness center, and a carriage house attached via a turreted port-cochere.
On top of this, depending on how you want to set up your house, you could have a ballroom, formal dining room, great room, library, den, 2 spa bathrooms, and dressing suites.
The one in Alpine also has its own indoor basketball course and 4000-bottle wine cellar.
All of this is yours to the tune of 48 Million for the Alpine mansion. If you were to purchase it this castle would cost you $315,000 a month.
While we aren’t able to visit inside of this Cape May County mega-mansion, a company did an interior tour of the Alpine one
