New Residences Coming Soon To Diamond Beach?
Could there be new houses coming to Diamond Beach soon?
While online we stumbled upon blueprints and designs for new town homes in Diamond Beach. These residences titled the “Residences at Diamond Bay,” consist of 27 new spacious town homes and 24 new condos would be located on the last open lot in Diamond Beach at Seaview and Jefferson Aves.
Below is a the information listed on the plans:
“Contemporary style, a wealth of luxury amenities, and unparalleled conveniences are what await homeowners of the Residences at Diamond Bay. Located in the center of Diamond Beach just blocks from the dunes, Caritas Construction will soon break ground on this gated community comprised of 27 new spacious town homes, 24 new condos, and a suite of private on-site amenities. Seven four-story town homes and 20 three-story town homes will feature soaring vaulted ceilings, grand open concept floor-plans, designer chef kitchens, private elevators, rooftop decks, beach and bay balconies, yard space, private garages, as well as fireplaces for those brisk beach nights.
The Residences at Diamond Bay would not be home if it did not have all the benefits that come with it. Residents will have access to a private clubhouse complete with a heated indoor and outdoor pool, sun patios, cabanas, banquet facilities, and bicycle storage. Caritas will be rebuilding and improving the existing 8,000 square foot community playground directly adjacent to the site. The Residences are the pinnacle of New Jersey shore vacation homes.”
Now we have no word on when this project would be happening as the plans had no date on them. Below we have photos of what the buildings would look like.
