There was an interesting change that took place on Facebook yesterday.
The Wood bar which is located at 3800 Pacific Ave in Wildwood, opened briefly last summer. Some noted that towards the end of the summer it stopped posting on social media and closed its doors.
Today was may have figured out why that was.
Those who follow The Wood bar on Facebook got a notification that the page changed its name from “The Wood” to “Exit 4.” On top of this they scrubbed the entire page will anything related to The Wood (including photos, links, articles hours and videos)
This name change also came with a new logo and a few flyers giving information about hiring.
If your think Exit 4 sounds like it is similar to the bar in North Wildwood, Exit 6, you would be correct.
According to the posts, Exit 6 and Exit 4 are owned by the same company.
They are currently hiring for the summer and have put up this statement below.
“Who wants to work this summer? Bring a resume to our job fair during #PolarPlunge. (Saturday, April 9th) We will be interviewing people between 12-2 at our sister property Exit 6 NW. Can’t make the job fair? Email Jason@doubledownent.com with your resume.”
Exit 4 will be hiring all positions including bartenders, shot girls, bouncers, barbacks, janitors, stock staff and more.
Be sure to give Exit 4 a follow on their Facebook page to be on top of their news. At this moment they do not have an opening date listed on their Facebook page yet.
