While Labor Day, the unofficial end of summer, was about two weeks ago, there is still plenty of summer left!
With 85-degree days the beaches and the boardwalk are still packed with visitors from around the world.
This Weekend In The Wildwood – Sept 16th-18th
The most asked question of this time of year is “what is open in the Wildwoods.” This changes from week to week as we inch closer to Columbus day weekend. (the last weekend for Morey’s Mariners Pier).
For this weekend, Sept 16th-18th, the biggest things that are closed are Morey’s Surfside Pier, Morey’s Adventure Pier, Ocean Oasis Waterpark, and Raging Waters Waterpark.
Most games, restaurants, and stores on the boardwalk are still open for a few more weeks.
Off the boardwalk is when you start to see closed for the season signs on places. Be sure to call your favorite place in advance to make sure they are open.
Four big events are taking place this weekend which are the Boots at the Beach Country Music Festival and New Jersey Firemen’s Convention.
