Tara Kitchen currently has locations in Schenectady, Troy, and Guilderland New York and is ran by Aneesa Waheed.
Aneesa’s name may sound familiar as she has appeared on “Beat Bobby Flay” and “Guy’s Grocery Games.”
What make’s Tara Kitchen so different is that they serve Moroccan Cuisine! (How awesome!!)
Moroccan Cuisine consists dishes such as Shrimp with spinach, prunes, tomato jam and spicy harissa, Chicken with lentils, fenugreek leaves and dates and Lamb with honey, prunes, apricots, almonds, and a touch of spicy harissa just to name a few.
They will be moving into 5213 Pacific Ave which used to be the home to One Fish, Two Fish. (Right across the street from Duffer’s)
According to their Facebook page, they plan to be open in Mid-May.
