It’s not every day that shops on the famous Wildwood Boardwalk get put up for sale…especially at a whopping price of a few million.
Wildwood Boardwalk Store Sells For 3.2 Million
Part of the daily things we do at the Wildwood Video Archive is check out the public notices and the recently sold properties in Cape May County.
While searching we found that 3716 Boardwalk was sold the last week of December for 3.2 Million to a company named Boardwalk Holdings LLC.
If you look up that listing you would find that this was a double lot which hat quite a few businesses in it including Candyland, Super Bikes and a clothing store and an over sized parking lot in the back.
The last time anything this big sold was back in July of 2019. That sale included the purchase of the Monaco Motel, the Grandview, and the other boardwalk stores on that property. If you want to learn about that sale click the link below.
At this time we don’t any other information on what may happen to these businesses. We reached out to Super Bikes for a comment but heard nothing back. Research also hasn’t found any information on Boardwalk Holdings LLC.
