We are a full month into the year and we have our first Wildwood motel sold.
For those who don’t remember, last year we had quite the selling spree on Motels.

The Singapore and the Ocean View
It was just announced in the Cape May Herald that the Commander By The Sea, located at 8803 Atlantic Ave in Wildwood Crest sold last week to Solven Props 8803 LLC for 3.6 Million dollars.
For those who don’t know, the Commander is a beach from property with over 40 rooms.
The good news is that the Commander IS NOT going anywhere. They will be open this year and already have their 2019 prices on their website.
