Today it was announced that the iconic Beau Rivage Motel, nestled in the heart of Wildwood Crest at 9103 Atlantic Ave, is evolving into a residential condominium complex.

The Beau Rivage Motel has long been regarded as a charming seaside retreat, offering visitors a quintessential Jersey Shore experience.

In an update shared on Facebook by Colleen Sowers, it was revealed that all 48 motel units are now available for purchase, starting at just $359,900, with options for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Over the past three decades, the family has meticulously maintained and improved the property, investing in room upgrades and installing heating and air conditioning systems.

In the past year, they introduced new glass railings and are planning further facade enhancements in the near future. these new facades will feature new doors and and windows you can open and close. (See the mock-up below)

This transformed building will be a year-round haven, enabling you to savor the beauty of the Wildwoods in all seasons. Additional amenities include a heated pool, kiddie pool, natural gas grills, assigned parking, a laundry facility, and a beachside grill.
