The Le Voyageur Motel, located at 232 E Andrews Ave, has filed a motion with the Wildwood Planning and Zoning Board for an extension on their current motel.

The notice online states as followed;

“A written application was filed by the Owner, ISHA HOTEL, LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company, with the City of Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment for preliminary and final site plan approval. The application also requests a use variance to allow the expansion of an existing motel, non-conforming structure/use, for the addition of twenty-four (24) rooms that will help satisfy a need for motel/hotel units in support of the tourist economy. A request is also made for variance/waivers for minimum side yard, minimum front yard, minimum rear yard, maximum principal building coverage, maximum lot coverage, maximum density, impervious coverage, pervious coverage as well as parking. Many of the requests are pre-existing conditions for which waivers will be sought…The property is located at 218 (a/k/a 232) E. Andrews Avenue, Wildwood, NJ 08260, more specifically described as Block 62, Lots 20, 23, 31 and 32, on the City of Wildwood Tax Map.”
