In February we announced that The Le Voyageur Motel, located at 232 E Andrews Ave in Wildwood, had submitted a proposal to the City of Wildwood’s Planning Board to expand it’s motel size.

“Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, by the City of Wildwood Planning Board/Zoning Board of Adjustment granted variances, waivers and conditions to ISHA Hotel, LLC located at 218 E Andrews Ave., Block 62 Lots 20, 23, 31 & 32 in the R/M, Residential Multi-Family & G/C, General/Comm-ercial Zoning Districts. All recomm-ended conditions of approval are conditional upon the board engineer’s report, as well as obtaining the necessary permits and approvals from any jurisdiction over the property and must comply with all regulations adopted by the COAH applicable to the project.”
Our guesses are that the construction won’t start until Fall 2018 or Spring 2019. We will bring you whatever we can find on this in the following weeks so stay tuned!
