The goal of the Initiative is to plan for a new and reimagined Pacific Avenue that supports existing residents and businesses, attracts the interest of new homeowners and businesses, and spurs new investment from the business community including local builders and other small businesses.

The City and the County are working together to develop a plan to guide the redevelopment and will use a variety of tools and incentives available under the NJ Municipal Redevelopment Law. These tools include potential tax abatements and more flexible zoning. To the city the best tool they have is community feedback.

Over the past few weeks the Committee and planning team had been hosting a series of meetings with local businesses, community groups and potential developers. These meetings have provided tons of feedback but now they want to hear from you

A public session will be taking place on Tuesday October 20th from 5pm-7pm virtually.

You must RSVP to McGuigan_Bob@ACLINK.org or call 609-343-2390.
