Woody’s Cafe Knocked Down

In January we announced that there had been asmall fire at former Woody’s Café. Since then there has been talk by North Wildwood officials on what to do with the building.

Since 2014 Woody’s Café, located at 18th and New Jersey, has been sitting empty and vacant. For those who don’t remember Woody’s Café was half restaurant and half liquor store.

Mayor Rosenello stated in February that he would like to see the building go. A few days later the city started the process of getting the building ripped down. You can read about the process by clicking the link below.

On Tuesday May 28th wreaking crews showed up to Woodys and started to demolish the building starting with the old firehouse.
