Another Wildwood Motel SOLD

It truly has been a crazy off-season for our Wildwoods motels. Between the Singapore and the Ocean View (Click Here For That Article) that was recently listed for 24+ Million, The Beach Hugger (Click Here For That Article) that sold for 1.5 Million to the Gold Crest Motel went up for sale (Click Here For That Article) and the Surf 16 sold for $886,000 (Click Here For That Article) it has been a busy month.

The big news today is that the Sea Shell Motel, located at 4900 Atlantic Ave, wildwood NJ, has gone under contract for $899,900. The Motel was sold as a “20 motel unit and pool with 2 living quarters.”
