Another Wildwood Motel SOLD

It truly has been a crazy off-season for our Wildwoods motels. Between the Singapore and the Ocean View(Click Here For That Article)that was recently listed for 24+ Million, The Beach Hugger(Click Here For That Article)that sold for 1.5 Million to the Gold Crest Motel went up for sale(Click Here For That Article) and the Surf 16 sold for $886,000 (Click Here For That Article) it has been a busy month.

The big news today is that the Sea Shell Motel, located at 4900 Atlantic Ave, wildwood NJ, has gone under contract for $899,900. The Motel was sold as a “20 motel unit and pool with 2 living quarters.”
