Lately in our articles we have been using the word “Condotels.” We have been receiving tons of emails and messages about this and so we decided to take a minute and explain what it means.

When a Wildwood motel is sold to a buyer who keeps the building looking like a motel but turns each unit into condo we get a Condotel.
Do you get it? It’s kind of clever right? The reason why you will be hearing about this a lot this summer is due in part to the crazy amount of motels that have been sold this summer and have been turned into condos (condotels).
