[You can read our first July article below.] NJ Beach Smoking Ban To Get Signed This signed bill outlawed smoking on public beaches through-out the entire state of New Jersey while also creating smoking areas that makes up 15 percent of a beach. This bill will be taking effect starting on January 16th. For those who want to disobey the law there are fines.
