2021 has been unlike any other year we have ever experienced not just in wildwood or New
Jersey but across the entire world.
We started this year in a full blown global pandemic not knowing if or when we would be able to see our friends and family.
The vaccine was just introduced and wasn’t fully tested. It was still around this time that we were wiping our fruit and bags of chips before even letting them into our house.
Most of the Wildwood events such as the Polar Plunge was canceled since we couldn’t stop the virus from spreading.
Finally, towards Memorial Day Weekend, we were able to see each other again. That weekend, even though it rained, we partied like there was no tomorrow.
This was the first time since March 2020 that we were able to be in the same room with most of our friends.
The year got even better, well minus the current surge in cases.
