Built in 1925 at the corner of Glenwood and Ocean Ave, this apartment complex was built in a Spanish style with curved windows, arches and a red-tile roof. Wildwood House Demolition – Casa Del Rey Sadly it ‘s time to say goodbye to this almost 100 -year-old building. As we are told it’s flat roof and other issues caused major damage. The owners decided to knock it down and build new. We decided to take this opportunity to document its demolition over the course of five days.
