On the property transfers in County Clerk’s Office between 8-06-18 and 8-12-18 it was listed that 401 Ocean Ave in North Wildwood was sold for $2,060,000. After researching we found that 401 Ocean Ave is the address for the Northwind Motel.
Lucky for us, the Northwind Motel is STAYING a motel!! How awesome is that. The North Wind Motel is also staying family owned.
