Wildwood Boardwalk Arcade Up For Sale $1.15 Million

The Wildwood Boardwalk has been going through some massive transformations these past few months.

From the completed Wildwood Boardwalk reconstruction project last year and the new one this year, this is only part of the metamorphose.

If you have been following along with our Monthly Wildwoods Construction update videos, which you can see the latest at the bottom of this article, you would see these projects.

Some of these projects will see new stores moved in like 22nd street. There the new owners are bringing in a new fudge store, Quinn’s Original Fudge Island, to replace The Fudge Kitchen and a new unique store taking over the old Rapunzel’s store.

While these are some big moves, down at Glenwood Ave is another massive project taking place. This now-approved project will see the renovation of the existing block and the addition of two stories and a rooftop restaurant. While this project is still many years down the line we are excited to see a completely new facade on the boardwalk.

Another project which was approved in 2021 but hasn’t started yet was the construction of the boardwalk motel, “The View.” Located at Baker and the boardwalk would see the existing hotel rebuilt and turned into a motel/condo.

If you are looking to make your mark on the Wildwood Boardwalk and join the renovation generation, there are now a few storefronts up for sale.

5200 – 5204 Boardwalk, right in the Ocean Towers, are up for sale.

According to a listing on the Coastline Realty website, you can purchase United 8-11 for $1.15 Million.

These four units are being operated as the Castle Casino Arcade. This arcade has been a part of the Wildwood Boardwalk for over  25 years but is now up for sale.

The arcade equipment and business are NOT included in the sale BUT the owner is open to negotiation if someone is interested in them.

Here is some information according to the listing.

Units 8, 9, 10, and 11 total approximately 3,385 square feet between the four units.  All four units are offered with an asking price is $1,150,000.  The units can also be purchased separately in three separate options.  5204 Boardwalk, Unit 8 has approximately 1,041 square feet of space and its asking price is $325,000.
