According to Remax Commercial, the Royal Court Motel, located at 4301 Atlantic Ave in Wildwood, NJ has sold for $2,995,000! This is the second most expensive motel sold right behind The Gold Crest Motel’s $3,500,000 sale.
We believe that this will stay a motel! The motel has been sold into a family who owns another motel in Wildwood. All signs point towards it staying with us for a long time!
